Ondo Poll: Tinubu Victory Group Congratulate Gov, Akeredolu, Commends Oyetola for Rally Support

A political group within the ruling party, All Progressives Congress, Tinubu Victory Group, TVG, Osun State, has congratulated Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, on his re-election as governor of Ondo State. 


The group, in a congratulatory message signed by its chairman Alihaji Gbadamosi Ganiyu Jope  on Sunday made available to newsmen in Osogbo, commended Governor Gboyega Oyetola for his rally support for the governor reelected.


The group hailed all the leaders of the ruling for their support that led to the victory of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu's re-election.

Mr Ganiyu said that Governor Akeredolu's infrastructural and human capacity development in Ondo State scored him high among his contenders in the governorship election.

He further said that the electorate decided to vote for Akeredolu to complete the good works he is doing in the state since three and half years, urging the governor-elect and his deputy-elect not to disappoint people of the state over the confident they reposed on them, saying good governance must continue in sunshine state.

The leader of the group, however, commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, security agencies , civil societies, international observers others who contributed to the success of the election.

According to him, "This victory is a true reflection of the wishes and aspirations of the good people of Ondo. We congratulate Governor Rotimi Akeredolu on his reelection for his second term.

" The unity among leaders of our great party, All progressives Congress contributed, APC led to the victory in Ondo. Congratulations to leaders of APC and President Muhammadu Buhari" he said.

However the Group urged the people of Osun state to continue supporting Governor Gboyega Oyetola for his good work to continue, also to start campaigning for his re election in Osun state.
