Security Agents To Question CPS On Attack on APC Members
It has come to the notice of the aides of the Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State of Osun, Alhaji Hon. Rasaq Salinsile that the inexperienced Chief Press Secretary of Governor Gboyega Oyetola accused him of holding meeting with the hoodlums who came to attack members of the party at Oranmiyan House, Osogbo yesterday during the weekly meeting of The Osun Progressives.
Omipidan’s blatant lies was a failed attempt to defend his boss, Oyetola on the sponsored attack on innocent APC members. Rather than addressing issues, Omipidan whose name has been turned to Omiparo (Omi the liar) because of his constant lies and disinformation on issues about the party and governance, went to attack the personalities of Elder Lowo Adebiyi and Alhaji Salinsile.
We want to state that the Osun APC Chairman, Hon Rasaq Salinsile will not, either individually or in his official capacity as the Chairman of the party, respond to Omipidan, who is obviously struggling to panel-beat the battered image of his boss. This is because Omipidan is a political neophyte and too little to be replied by the state Chairman of the APC in Osun. Our chairman can only respond to any comment made directly by the Governor, or Prince Gboyega Famodun.
But we the Salinsile’s aides do not want Omipidan’s lies against the Chairman of the party to fly just like that. We challenge Omipidan to come out and state where and when Alhaji Salinsile held meeting with the thugs who came to attack APC members at Oranmiyan House. We categorically state that Alhaji Hon. Rasaq Salinsile had left Osogbo, and in fact, State of Osun territory since Monday, November 15.
It is obvious that Omipidan knows the hoodlums who came to attack the APC members (since he claimed they held a meeting with Alhaji Salinsile), so we urge the security agents in the state to question him on the attack. He certainly must have useful information for the security agents.
Omipidan’s response on the attack shows how irresponsive his principal’s administration is to the welfare of the people, particularly in the area of security of lives and property. It is clear that Oyetola’s people are responsible for the incessant attacks on Aregbesola’s loyalists in the APC. Omipidan is struggling to deny that through his watery and lies embedded statements. But he could not because the people knows the truth about what is happening in Osun APC.
Omipidan is an opportunist who is reaping from where he did not sow. Omipidan is a known PDP apologist who was in active service with the former Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu. We are not surprised that he is actively involved in the crisis rocking the APC through his constant attack on leaders and chieftains of the party who worked for the emergence of Oyetola, when he (Omipidan) was working for the PDP against the APC. Omipidan will go back to his PDP people after helping his boss to destroy the APC in Osun.
May we advise Omipidan to go an learn from people like Lasisi Olagunju, Adeniyi Adesina, Sola Fasure who had at one time or the other served as the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor in Osun and successfully managed the image of their principals without jeopardising their own integrity.
May we tell Omipidan that his lies and the evil his boss is doing will live after them. And we urge Omiparo to beg for forgiveness from his God for the constant lies against innocent people.
